Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders placed on our online shop will be shipped via Poste Italiane courier.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving payment. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The courier normally takes 24-48 hours for delivery throughout Italy, four working days in Europe and five to ten working days for other destinations (barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes).

Shipping in Italy is free for orders over €100.

Shipments abroad have a cost that varies depending on the destination country and customs costs. Shipping costs will still be calculated at checkout.

To confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a link where you can check the status of your order.

RETURNS

The procedure for returning an order is as follows:

  1. Send an email to info@elybhats.com no later than 14 days after the order arrives indicating the order number
  2. Please indicate the model of the hat received and the size you wish to exchange the product for.
  3. The product must be returned in its original condition (it must NOT have been used and it must NOT be damaged in any way) together with all the accessories contained in the packaging.
  4. Send the package, which must be sealed, via a secure and authorized shipping service to the following address:

NB: Return shipping is at the customer's expense for all countries.

ELY.B HATS FIRENZE reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or shipped late and to refuse any damaged products.

Within 48 hours of receiving the return request, we will replace the hat model or, in its absence, inform the customer of the time required to create the model with which they wish to exchange the purchased order;
